Honey Lemon Ginger Wellness Tea (or Tonic)

On our way home from picking Charlotte up from school yesterday, I told her we were making her special tea. She was intrigued and excited. Honey is wonderful for colds and coughs. Luckily, it’s also quite tasty. She didn’t drink her entire glass, but she proclaimed it delicious.


1/4 c honey
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
4 c water
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger


Boil water

Add all ingredients, turn off heat and steep for 10 minutes.

Strain through a fine mesh strainer and serve or store for up to 1 week.
