Spiced Apple Pie Yogurt (Paleo and vegan friendly)


This was a fun random hit with my little one. I got her applesauce out, added whole milk organic yogurt, pumpkin pie spice and a little maple syrup and she ate it all I about three minutes and asked for more. Great source of protein and vitamins. A really wonderful taste (to grown ups) too! Take that yoplait. I could see variations with added stewed apples as well but this easy peasy recipe is more our style. Also sub coconut yogurt to make it paleo!

6 oz whole milk or coconut plain yogurt
6 oz unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie or apple pie spice
1 tsp pure maple syrup

Stir all ingredient in a bowl or cup and enjoy!
