This craft works great on a tote bag with fabric paint or just some paper for the kiddos. Charlotte like swirling the paint more than sponging, but to each her own, right?

Gather
Fabric or kid friendly paint in fall colors.
1 sponge with different sized leaves cut out
A plate for mixing the colors
Tote or paper for sponging

Create
Toddler age: Let the kids go nuts with whatever color combinations they come up with.
Older kids: To create a fall scene, sketch out a pattern of falling leaves first,then sponge over it.
Adults: extra points for painting a trunk and branches of a tree, then sponging the leaves around it with a few falling down.
