This week seems long and short simultaneously. We just came back from wandering the streets of a lovely neighborhood with our little sweet pea for Halloween (Pics coming later today!) and we rallied and made a fantastic dinner. This week is all about fall and winter… and using up what’s left over from previous nights.
Breakfasts: Whole wheat English muffins with peanut butter, raisin Bran with milk, steel-cut oats and green smoothies
Lunches: Leftovers, ham sandwiches, grilled cheese, tomato soup, carrot sticks and string cheese.
C did the shopping solo this week and we are coming up ahead. The first trip was to Central Market, our local foodie market, for $56.36 and a trip to Target was $21.18 with $10 going to toiletries. So food is totaling $67.54 at the moment. That is a record for us. We will see if it lasts the week, but so far so good.
