Back in 2008, I posted the following exercise in the Confessions section, and I still get emails from folks who tried it and adopted it as a regular stress-relieving activity. I can attest that when I’m disciplined about doing this breathing exercise on a regular basis, everything about me feels better. (I just have to remember to do it.) I thought I’d share it here today for those of you who missed it.
